Dosage & Administration:

Reconstitution:

Add 30ml purified water

Shake vigorously for 30 seconds

Weight-Based Dosing (Every 8 Hours):

Neonates (<7 days): Consult specialist

Infants/Children: 10mg/kg/dose

Adults: 600mg (30ml) every 12 hours

Administration:

May be taken with/without food

Use provided oral syringe

Safety Information:
⚠️ Black Box Warnings:

Myelosuppression (monitor CBC weekly)

Serotonin syndrome risk with SSRIs

⚠️ Precautions:

Avoid tyramine-rich foods

May cause peripheral neuropathy
