Therapeutic Uses:

Dosage Regimen:
• Adults: 1 tablet (750mg) every 24 hours
• Treatment Duration:

• Pneumonia: 5 days

• cUTI: 5-10 days

• Skin infections: 7-10 days
  • Take with water, preferably in morning

Black Box Warnings:
❗ Risk of tendon rupture (especially elderly)
❗ May worsen myasthenia gravis symptoms
❗ Potential for permanent nerve damage
