DEXQUIL Tablets (10’s) – Triple Action Cough & Cold Relief

Composition:
Each tablet contains:

• Dextromethorphan HBr 10mg (Cough suppressant)

• Chlorpheniramine Maleate 2mg (Antihistamine)

• Phenylephrine HCl 5mg (Nasal decongestant)

Therapeutic Category:
Antitussive + Antihistamine + Decongestant combination

Indications:

• Dry, non-productive cough

Dosage & Administration:
Adults & Children (12+ years):

• 1 tablet every 6-8 hours

• Maximum: 4 tablets in 24 hours
  Children (6-11 years):

• ½ tablet every 6-8 hours

• Maximum: 2 tablets in 24 hours
  Not recommended for children under 6 years

Contraindications:

• MAOI antidepressant use

• Severe hypertension

• Glaucoma

• Urinary retention

• Pregnancy (first trimester)

Side Effects:

• Drowsiness (common)

• Dry mouth

• Mild dizziness

• Headache

Drug Interactions:

• Avoid with sedatives or alcohol

• Caution with blood pressure medications

• Don’t combine with other cough medicines
