Composition (per 5ml):

• Dextromethorphan HBr 10mg (Cough suppressant)

• Chlorpheniramine Maleate 2mg (Antihistamine)

• Phenylephrine HCl 5mg (Nasal decongestant)

Dosage Instructions:
Adults & Children (12+ years):

• 10ml (2 teaspoonfuls) every 6-8 hours

• Maximum: 40ml in 24 hours

Children (6-11 years):

• 5ml (1 teaspoonful) every 6-8 hours

• Maximum: 20ml in 24 hours

Not recommended for children under 6 years

Administration:

• Use provided measuring spoon

• May be taken with or without food

• Maintain equal time intervals between doses

Safety Information:

• Contraindicated in patients taking MAO inhibitors

• Avoid in severe hypertension or glaucoma

• May cause drowsiness (avoid driving)

• Common side effects: Dry mouth, dizziness
