Composition (Per Capsule):

• Dextromethorphan HBr 10mg (Cough suppressant)

• Chlorpheniramine Maleate 2mg (Antihistamine)

• Phenylephrine HCl 5mg (Nasal decongestant)

Dosage & Administration:
Adults & Children (12+ years):

• 1 capsule every 6-8 hours

• Maximum: 4 capsules in 24 hours
  Children (6-11 years):

• ½ capsule every 6-8 hours

• Maximum: 2 capsules in 24 hours
  Not recommended for children under 6 years

Safety Information:

• Contraindicated in patients taking MAO inhibitors

• Avoid in severe hypertension or glaucoma

• May cause drowsiness (avoid driving)

• Common side effects: Dry mouth, dizziness
