Dosage Instructions
Malaria Prophylaxis:

• Maintenance: 200-400mg daily

Critical Safety Information
❌ Contraindications:

• Retinal field changes

• Hypersensitivity to 4-aminoquinolines

• Concurrent use with tamoxifen

⚠️ Required Monitoring:
• Annual ophthalmologic exams
• Blood glucose levels (may decrease)
• Muscle weakness (check CK levels)

Drug Interactions
