🦠 Approved Uses:

💧 Dosage Instructions:

1. Reconstitution:

   • Add 30ml purified water

   • Shake vigorously for 30 seconds

2. Weight-Based Dosage (Twice Daily):

   • 5-10kg: 2.5ml (25mg) every 12 hours

   • 10-20kg: 5ml (50mg) every 12 hours

   • 20-40kg: 7.5ml (75mg) every 12 hours

3. Administration:

   • Use provided oral syringe

   • Can be taken with or without food

❌ Avoid if allergic to cephalosporins/penicillins
⚠️ May cause: Mild diarrhea (usually temporary)
