Dosage Instructions:

1. Reconstitution:

   • Add provided 30ml WFI (Water for Injection)

   • Shake vigorously for 30 seconds

2. Dosage (Twice Daily):

   • 7-11kg: 2.5ml (62.5mg)

   • 12-19kg: 5ml (125mg)

   • 20-29kg: 7.5ml (187.5mg)

   • 30-40kg: 10ml (250mg)

3. Administration:

   • Can be taken with or without food

   • Complete full 7-10 day course

Safety Information:
❌ Contraindicated with certain heart medications
⚠️ May cause mild GI upset (usually temporary)
⚠️ Report any skin rash immediately

Storage:

• Before reconstitution: Store below 25°C

• After mixing: Refrigerate (2-8°C)

• Use within 10 days
