Active Ingredients:

• Amoxicillin Sodium IP 1000mg

• Clavulanic Acid (as Potassium Clavulanate) 200mg

Approved Uses:

Dosage Instructions:

• Adults/Children (≥40kg): 1.2g every 8 hours

• IV Administration:

  1. Reconstitute with 10ml sterile water

  2. Further dilute in 50-100ml NS/D5W

  3. Infuse over 30-40 minutes

• Max Daily Dose: 6g amoxicillin component

Critical Warnings:
❌ Contraindicated in:

• Penicillin allergy

• History of cholestatic jaundice
  ⚠️ May cause:

• Severe diarrhea (C. difficile risk)

• Elevated LFTs (monitor liver enzymes)

Storage:

• Unreconstituted: Below 25°C (lyophilized powder)

• Reconstituted: Use immediately (stable for 4hrs at 25°C)
